At our recruitment agency, we offer services based on three different hiring/recruitment models: Contingency, Flat, and Retainer.

Under the Contingency model, we receive payment based on the results we deliver. This typically involves a percentage or fixed fee of the salary of the candidate we successfully place in a role. This model is often used for higher-level positions, and it incentivizes us to work hard to find the best candidate for our clients.

In the Flat model, we charge our clients based on the time we spend on the recruitment process. This can be an hourly or daily rate, and it's typically used for lower-level positions or when the recruitment process is expected to be relatively quick.

The Retainer model involves a combination of a percentage and a fixed fee. We receive a percentage of the total fee upfront as a retainer to start the search for the candidate. Then, as we progress through the recruitment process, we receive additional fixed fees at certain milestones, such as when we present a shortlist of candidates or when a candidate is hired. This model is often used for higher-level positions or when the recruitment process is expected to take a longer amount of time.
